About Silver Moon Wellness
Meet Treena
Treena Bukovinszky, mother of six, grew up near the Sierra mountains of Northern CA and spent her childhood days immersed and exploring the wonder of nature. Her most memorable moments were of times playing under the pine trees or exploring the neighborhood creek.
It was during this time that she began to recognize her deep connection to the energy around her. As a young adult, she felt the call to use her gifts of healing, spirituality, and intuitiveness to help others. Throughout her life she found ways to incorporate that calling by assisting those in need.
A path to wellness
In 2017, during a difficult divorce and a Fibromyalgia diagnosis, she sought out alternative healing modalities to ease the emotional and physical pain. She studied how to integrate nature's healing tools, energy work, spiritual self-care, and meditation to heal her body, mind, and heart. This led her to attunement and training in Reiki Levels 1 and 2, and studying to become certified in Integrative Holistic Health.
Living in Southern CA, she opened a wellness business and conducted Reiki, intuitive and crystal energy healing sessions for clients with a vast range of emotional and physical needs. She expanded her services to include wellness guidance and a variety of self-discovery wellness workshops. When Covid restrictions forced the doors of her business to officially close, she relocated to Roseville, CA, to be closer to family and where she grew up.
The Birth of Silver Moon Wellness
She founded Silver Moon Wellness in 2021, offering Reiki and energy healing sessions in clients' home. She became certified in Vibrational Therapies to expand her healing toolbox, Two years later, life took her through a new phase. She briefly stepped away to enter the corporate world but continued to do her healing work for those who came her way.
A new phase entered her life and she knew she had to return more fully to her true purpose and passion. She continued her studies in intuitive wellness classes while working on the relaunch of Silver Moon Wellness. She offers virtual appointments, healing sessions and small group workshops in clients' homes or 1:1 wellness instruction at her home office.
Her mission
Silver Moon Wellness' tagline, wellness for all phases in life, is a testament to her own journey. Navigating the ebbs and flows of the natural rhythm of life, she has lived this tagline, using energy healing and continued self-discovery work to heal and guide her through all the phases she found herself in.
Her passion is to help others in whichever phase they find themselves in - to heal the mind, body, and soul, rediscover their beautiful gifts, their truth, and sharing those gifts...igniting their light within and bringing more light into this world.
