Spirit guides are souls who have lived many life-times and are a great source of wisdom. They want to help assist you on your spiritual path. Even though you may not know it, you consciously picked them to work with you before you were even born.

Most spirit guides have had incarnations on Earth and perhaps even other realms. Spirit guides are often your polar opposite-the other half of your soul that remains on the other side. Guides are not always deceased loved ones, though they can be. Some guides may stay with you for your entire lifetime, while others may come and go in a much shorter time.

Spirit guides have many ways to communicate. Sometimes they are the little voice in your head. Other times they speak through dreams, meditations, or altered states of consciousness.
