At the central core of the human body, running from the base of the spine to the top of the head, are seven wheel-like energy centers called chakras.

Chakras send and receive life force energy and information from the environment around you. Each chakra corresponds with specific body organs and emotional patterns.

Dis-eases appear in the energy system long before manifesting symptoms in the physical body, so it is critical to perform a cleansing of the chakras regularly for adequate physical and emotional well-being.
